I interviewed Melbery from CPTV and found out what he thinks about Heat giving CPTV away.
Heres the interview:
Joe- Did Heat say he was going to give CPTV away?
Melbery~Yes. He is “Searching for something new on Youtube”
Joe~Ok
Melbery~He said that it is more of a chore to make than make it for fun like he used to.
Joe~When did he say this?
Melbery~About three or four days ago
Joe~Who did he say he was going to give it to?
Melbery~Well he said someone special.
Joe~Any ideas on who this could be?
Melbery~Someone that is starting to make videos, but is kinda experienced.
Melbery~Well in my opinion i don’t think any of the authors
Melbery~He won’t just give it away,
Melbery~He needs to trust this person.
Joe~Ok
Melbery~There is also a rumour that he is quitting . he is not!
Joe~So hes staying on cp?
Melbery~He is still running the site, it’s just the show isn’t gonna be there anymore.
Joe~When is he giving it away?
Melbery~I have no clue.

In my opinion, Heat shouldn’t give away CPTV!
I have too many reasons why he shouldn’t, but I don’t feel like typing them all. 
Well id say this. Heat is going to give it away no doubt about it. But it should be someone who knows how to make videos so i think it could be allstar10 who won thecptv lottery im just guessing though.
